Buddy Loyd has been building energy-efficient, structurally honest homes across the River Valley since the 1970s. That is more than fifty years on the tools. Kyle is the fourth generation. You get the owner, not a superintendent you never meet.

Free estimates with a detailed budget. Line items, not a napkin number. Floor plans, elevations, and a schedule you can hold us to.

Build it right
Fourth-generation supervision on the job. Structural integrity first, then the finish. You are welcome on site. We answer the phone.

Keys and aftercare
Walkthrough, punch list, and a builder who still lives in Greenwood. Warranty questions go to Kyle or Buddy, not a call center.
